  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be used for a lighter option.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice Lemon juice can be used in a pinch.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Maple syrup is a great alternative.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the white fish fillets dry with paper towels and cut them into strips, roughly 1-inch wide.
  2. Prepare three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten egg, and one for panko mixed with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each fish strip in flour, dip in egg, then roll in the panko mixture until fully coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange coated fish strips in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. In a bowl, combine shredded cabbage, cilantro, mayonnaise, lime juice, and honey. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Warm corn tortillas, place fish strips in each, and top with cilantro lime slaw before serving.
