Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with olive oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, large egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.
  3. Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into 1.5-inch meatballs. Arrange them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle or brush the tops of the meatballs with olive oil to encourage browning.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from the oven, allow to rest for a few minutes, then serve hot with your favorite sauce, over pasta, or as sliders.
