- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with olive oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, large egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.
- Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into 1.5-inch meatballs. Arrange them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle or brush the tops of the meatballs with olive oil to encourage browning.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven, allow to rest for a few minutes, then serve hot with your favorite sauce, over pasta, or as sliders.
