Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.

  4. Stir in minced garlic and freshly grated ginger and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
