Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in the room temperature eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and mashed ripe bananas thoroughly.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Fold in any optional add-ins.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
