Method
 

Preparation
  1. Dissolve yeast in warm milk and let sit for 5 minutes. Add sugar, melted butter, and egg, and mix well. Gradually add flour and salt until a soft dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place it in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  3. Roll the risen dough into a 12 x 16 inch rectangle. Spread Biscoff cookie butter over it, then sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar.
  4. Roll the dough tightly from one long edge. Slice into 12 equal rolls and place in a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
  5. Cover the pan and let the rolls rise for 30-45 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Mix together Biscoff cookie butter, powdered sugar, and milk for the glaze. Once rolls are baked, let cool for 5 minutes and drizzle over them.
