- Begin by placing your fresh or frozen blueberries in a blender or food processor. Blend them on high speed until you achieve a smooth puree, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Next, scoop plain unsweetened yogurt into a mixing bowl. Stir the yogurt gently until it’s creamy and free of lumps.
- Carefully spoon the prepared yogurt into silicone molds or an ice cube tray, filling each section to about three-quarters full.
- Dollop a spoonful of the blueberry puree on top of each yogurt-filled section to create swirls.
- Using a toothpick or small skewer, gently swirl the blueberry puree into the yogurt.
- Place the filled molds in the freezer and let them freeze for about 3 to 4 hours, or until solid.
- Once fully frozen, remove the molds from the freezer and run warm water over the outside of the molds to release the treats.
