- In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and a pinch of cardamom and black pepper. Stir together until evenly distributed.
- Pour in almond milk and cooled strong brewed chai tea into the dry mixture. Add maple syrup or honey and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are combined.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Once ready, stir well and adjust consistency with almond milk if necessary. Serve topped with your choice of toppings.
