- In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spoon 2-3 tablespoons of filling into the center. Fold sides inward and roll tightly to enclose filling.
- Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat to 350°F (175°C). Test with a piece of tortilla.
