Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and spoon 2-3 tablespoons of filling into the center. Fold sides inward and roll tightly to enclose filling.
  3. Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat to 350°F (175°C). Test with a piece of tortilla.
  4. Lower each tortilla bomb into the hot oil in batches, frying for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Remove fried bombs with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
