  • 4 tablespoons Butter or olive oil for dairy-free
  • 4 cloves Garlic fresh minced or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder per clove
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley fresh chopped
For the Spaghetti Filling
  • 12 ounces Spaghetti (or Penne/Fusilli) or any preferred pasta
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce or your favorite pasta sauce
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese or nutritional yeast for vegan option

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Melt about 4 tablespoons of butter over low heat, stir in minced garlic and chopped parsley.
  3. Hollow out the center of each roll, leaving enough of a wall to hold the filling.
  4. Brush the garlic butter inside and outside of each hollowed roll.
  5. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and return to pot. Stir in marinara sauce.
  6. Spoon the spaghetti mixture into each garlic bread bowl and top with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Let cool for a minute before serving warm.
