Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a standard baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Spread half of the meat mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to form a base layer.
  4. Layer 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by chopped spinach and marinara sauce over the meat.
  5. Place the remaining meat mixture on top, sealing the edges.
  6. Spread an additional layer of marinara sauce over the top and bake for 45-50 minutes until cooked through.
  7. In the last 5-10 minutes, sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top and return to the oven until melted.
  8. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and garnish with parsley.

Notes
