Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Cream unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until light and fluffy.

- Divide the dough into three bowls: leave one plain, add pudding mix and green food coloring to another, and cocoa powder to the last.
- Fold in chocolate chunks evenly into each dough portion.
- Shape small pieces of dough into marbled balls.
- Chill the dough balls in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
- Arrange dough balls on baking sheets, sprinkle with coarse sugar, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
