Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Cream unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until fully incorporated.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
  6. Divide the dough into three bowls: leave one plain, add pudding mix and green food coloring to another, and cocoa powder to the last.
  7. Fold in chocolate chunks evenly into each dough portion.
  8. Shape small pieces of dough into marbled balls.
  9. Chill the dough balls in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
  10. Arrange dough balls on baking sheets, sprinkle with coarse sugar, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  11. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
