Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and coat a baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Place the chicken breasts into the baking dish, drizzle with Caesar dressing, and sprinkle with black pepper. Bake for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Allow to rest before dicing.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped Romaine, remaining Caesar dressing, diced chicken, chopped bacon, and half the Parmesan. Toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat the oven to broil. Cut the French bread in half lengthwise and place cut sides up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic to create garlic butter. Spread this evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella over the garlic buttered bread and broil for about 1 minute until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top each garlic bread half with the Chicken Caesar mixture, evenly distributing it. Finish with the remaining Parmesan and serve with lemon juice for extra zest.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 day. To maintain freshness, keep the salad mixture separate from the garlic bread until ready to eat.
