Peanut Butter Filling

- In another bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs. Whisk until well combined.

- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Let the dough rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
Assemble Cookies
- Scoop out dough, create a thumbprint, place a frozen peanut butter dollop in, and roll the dough around it.
- Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 13-15 minutes.
- Allow cooling on the sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
