Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season the turkey wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the turkey wings for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Transfer seared wings to a baking dish.
  5. Sauté sliced onions in the same skillet until softened.
  6. Make the gravy by adding flour to onions, then whisk in chicken broth and thyme until thickened.
  7. Pour gravy over the turkey wings and cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes to brown the tops.
  9. Let wings rest for a few minutes before serving.
