- Season the turkey wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the turkey wings for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer seared wings to a baking dish.
- Sauté sliced onions in the same skillet until softened.
- Make the gravy by adding flour to onions, then whisk in chicken broth and thyme until thickened.
- Pour gravy over the turkey wings and cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes to brown the tops.
