Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking tray.
  2. Pat the chicken breast dry and season with salt and pepper. Lightly spray the baking tray with cooking spray and place the chicken on it.
  3. Bake the chicken for about 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let it rest for 3 minutes.
  4. Combine cottage cheese with ranch dressing in a bowl and mix until smooth. Set aside.
  5. Shred the chicken using two forks and mix with BBQ sauce until coated.
  6. In a serving bowl, layer the cottage cheese mixture, BBQ chicken, and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
