  • 1 cup Almond Flour substitutable with regular flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
Flavor
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil can substitute with melted butter
Optional Add-Ins
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs like parsley, chopped

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Blend cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
  3. Combine almond flour, baking powder, and minced garlic in a mixing bowl and whisk together.
  4. Mix blended cottage cheese and olive oil with dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Divide and shape the dough into 6-inch long ropes, tie into knots, and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
  7. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes, then serve warm garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
