  • 1 lb Baby Potatoes Parboil for even cooking.
  • 1 ea Corn on the Cob Cut into rounds.
  • 1 ea Zucchini Cut into thick slices.
  • 1 ea Yellow Squash
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
For the Cowboy Butter
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped.
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes Optional for spice.
  • 1 tsp Salt

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Slice the kielbasa into thick chunks, prepare your vegetables, and cut the corn.
  2. Parboil the potatoes and corn in salted water for 8-10 minutes until tender.
  3. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, parsley, red pepper flakes, and salt to create cowboy butter.
  4. Thread the ingredients onto skewers in a colorful pattern.
  5. Brush the skewers generously with cowboy butter.
  6. Grill or air fry the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
  7. After cooking, brush with remaining cowboy butter and garnish as desired.
