- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- Wash and chop the vegetables, then set aside in a large mixing bowl.
- In the bowl with the vegetables, add the cooled pasta, cooked chicken, black beans, and corn. Mix well.
- Sprinkle cheese over the mixture. In a separate bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, BBQ sauce, and chili powder; pour over salad and mix to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Stir again before serving and garnish with extra cheese or herbs if desired.
