- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth, then mix in the melted butter.
- Stir in the granulated sugar, followed by the egg and vanilla extract.
- Sprinkle in the baking soda and salt, then gently fold in the all-purpose flour.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and flour until smooth.
- Mix the brown sugar and ground cinnamon in another bowl.
- Pour half of the banana batter into the prepared loaf pan, then add half of the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the cream cheese layer, then add the remaining banana batter.
- Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture and swirl gently.
- Finish with the last portion of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
