  • 1 lb Cajun Sausage Sliced into rounds.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tbsp Oil For cooking sausage.
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Diced.
  • 1 medium Onion Diced.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in diced bell peppers, onion, and garlic, cooking until softened.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, mixing in the Cajun seasoning.
  5. Allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
