  3. Roughly chop 1/2 cup of dried cranberries and gently fold them into the honey-butter mixture using a spatula for about a minute.
  4. If desired, stir in the zest of one orange and a pinch of salt, mixing for another 1–2 minutes until well integrated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a serving dish or shape it into a log using parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes if a firmer texture is preferred.
