- Cook pasta according to package instructions in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente, typically about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, curry powder, lemon juice, and honey. Whisk until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, add cooled pasta, celery, red onion, carrots, and raisins. Pour dressing over and toss until well coated.
- Adjust seasoning with salt or extra dressing as needed. Add more curry powder for extra flavor if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, stir and add reserved dressing if needed. Garnish with toasted almonds or herbs.
