Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare the eggs by hard-boiling. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool them in an ice bath before peeling.
  3. In a bowl, combine pressed yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and paprika. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Fold the cooled pasta into the yolk dressing until evenly coated.
  5. Add chopped egg whites, red onion, and green onions to the pasta and mix well.
