  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk any type: dairy, almond, oat, coconut
  • ½ cup yogurt plain or vanilla, Greek or plant-based
For Sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons honey or substitute with maple syrup or agave
For Toppings
  • 1 cup fresh fruit like raspberries, peaches, strawberries, bananas, or blueberries
  • optional extras nuts, cinnamon

Method
 

Prepare the Oats
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well blended.

  2. Place the jars in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
