Ingredients
  

For the Smoothie
  • 2 oranges Fresh oranges Peel and chop into segments
  • 1 cup Orange juice Freshly squeezed or store-bought
  • 1 cup Milk Almond or coconut milk optional
Optional Extras
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract Optional for flavor
  • to taste Sweetener Maple syrup, honey, or stevia

Method
 

  1. Pour fresh orange juice into ice cube trays and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  2. Peel the oranges, remove any seeds, and chop them into smaller segments.
  3. In a blender, combine chopped oranges, frozen orange juice cubes, and milk. Blend until smooth.
  4. Check the consistency, adding more milk or orange juice if needed; blend again.
  5. Serve immediately in glasses and enjoy!
