- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, approximately 8-10 minutes. Drain and cool.
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp, about 6-8 minutes. Drain on paper towel.
- In a bowl, combine cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, peas, and Parmesan cheese.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar, and sugar in another bowl. Add seasonings to taste.
- Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss gently to coat well.
