- In a large mixing bowl, combine drained butter beans with olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Fold in chopped sun-dried tomatoes, fresh spinach, and crumbled feta cheese until well combined.
- Sprinkle in oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Stir to infuse the mixture with flavors.
- Spread the butter bean mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and press down lightly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes and serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs.
