Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes. Peel if preferred and dice into ½-inch cubes. Pat them dry to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil and seasonings until well coated. Let sit for about 5 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and spray the basket with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Place the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes, then shake or flip them. Cook for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the cooked potatoes to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with fresh herbs or more seasoning if desired and serve hot.
