- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Grate a generous amount of freshly grated Parmesan cheese and spread it evenly across the lined baking tray.
- Thinly slice medium yellow onions into even rings and place them atop the layer of Parmesan cheese.
- Brush each onion ring lightly with avocado oil to ensure they are well-coated.
- Sprinkle paprika, coarse sea salt, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and ground black pepper evenly over the onion rings.
- Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, watching closely during the last few minutes.
- Remove the tray from the oven and let the chips cool for 10 minutes on the baking pan before serving.
