Cooking Steps
  1. Generously season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Layer the marinated chicken with sliced bell peppers, diced onion, and chicken broth in the slow cooker. Set on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Once cooked, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mix it with the remaining ingredients in the slow cooker.
  4. Stir in cream cheese and Parmesan cheese, allowing them to melt into a creamy sauce for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, usually 8-10 minutes. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  6. Fold the pasta into the creamy chicken mixture, adding reserved pasta water for desired consistency. Serve hot.
