- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl with a fork until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- Mix the melted butter with mashed bananas. Add eggs and sugar, blending well until light and frothy.
- Sift together flour and baking soda in a separate bowl. Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture carefully.
- Drop dollops of Nutella into the batter and gently swirl it in with a knife or spatula.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
