- In a large mixing bowl, combine soft light brown sugar, golden syrup, and creamy peanut butter. Whisk until smooth.

- Remove from heat and pour over cornflakes in a large bowl. Gently fold to coat evenly.
- Line an 8x8 inch baking tray with parchment paper and press the cornflake mixture down firmly.
