Ingredients

For the Cookies
  • 1 package Double Stuff Oreos Recommended for extra filling, can substitute with regular Oreos.
For the Coating
  • 1 cup Ghirardelli White Chocolate Chips Smooth and creamy texture.
  • 1 cup Wilton Red Candy Melts For vibrant red coating.
  • 1 cup Wilton Royal Blue Candy Melts Essential for blue layer.
For the Decoration
  • 1 cup White Nonpareils Enhances visual appeal.

Equipment

  • microwave-safe bowl
  • Double Boiler
  • Baking Tray
  • Parchment paper

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by preparing your workspace with a microwave-safe bowl or a double boiler. Heat the Ghirardelli white chocolate chips, Wilton red candy melts, and Wilton royal blue candy melts separately until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Take your Double Stuff Oreos and gently place one on a fork. Dip into the melted chocolate of your choice, ensuring to fully submerge it and allow excess to drip off.
  3. Immediately after dipping, sprinkle with white nonpareils or your favorite toppings, and drizzle contrasting melted chocolates on top.
  4. Transfer the decorated Oreos onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about 15 minutes to set the coating.
  5. Once set, remove the Oreos from the fridge and arrange them on a platter to serve.
