Preparation Steps
- Rinse the strawberries under cool running water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Arrange on a parchment-lined tray.
- Break pretzel sticks in half for turkey legs and skewer into mini marshmallows. Dip marshmallows in melted white chocolate and freeze for 10 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips in a heat-proof bowl with vegetable oil, microwaving in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip back. Place upright on parchment.
- Dip the marshmallow ends of the frozen pretzel legs into melted chocolate and quickly insert them into dipped strawberries.
- Refrigerate decorated turkeys for about 30 minutes to allow chocolate to firm up.
