Preparation Steps
  1. Rinse the strawberries under cool running water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Arrange on a parchment-lined tray.
  2. Break pretzel sticks in half for turkey legs and skewer into mini marshmallows. Dip marshmallows in melted white chocolate and freeze for 10 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in a heat-proof bowl with vegetable oil, microwaving in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  4. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip back. Place upright on parchment.
  5. Dip the marshmallow ends of the frozen pretzel legs into melted chocolate and quickly insert them into dipped strawberries.
