- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Halve the zucchinis lengthwise and scoop out the insides.
- Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat. Add tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the beef mixture into the hollowed zucchinis.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each stuffed zucchini.
- Place the zucchini boats on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until the zucchinis are tender.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
