  • 4 medium Zucchini Halved and scooped
  • 1 lb Ground Beef Cooked and seasoned
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese For topping
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Halve the zucchinis lengthwise and scoop out the insides.
  3. Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat. Add tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon the beef mixture into the hollowed zucchinis.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each stuffed zucchini.
  6. Place the zucchini boats on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until the zucchinis are tender.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
