Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Chill the mixing bowl and heavy whipping cream in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Whip the cream at medium speed until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and continue whipping until stiff peaks form, about 2-4 minutes.
  4. Arrange a layer of graham crackers at the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  5. Spread one-third of the whipped cream mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
  6. Layer sliced mangoes generously over the whipped cream.
  7. Repeat the layers of graham crackers, cream, and mango two more times, finishing with sliced mangoes on top.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, overnight is preferable.
  9. Serve chilled, slicing into squares and garnishing with toasted coconut or crushed graham crackers if desired.
