- Chill the mixing bowl and heavy whipping cream in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Whip the cream at medium speed until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
- Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and continue whipping until stiff peaks form, about 2-4 minutes.
- Arrange a layer of graham crackers at the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Spread one-third of the whipped cream mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
- Layer sliced mangoes generously over the whipped cream.
- Repeat the layers of graham crackers, cream, and mango two more times, finishing with sliced mangoes on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, overnight is preferable.
- Serve chilled, slicing into squares and garnishing with toasted coconut or crushed graham crackers if desired.
