  2. Gently fold in ¼ cup of chocolate chips and any optional nuts or seeds, ensuring even distribution without over-mixing.
  3. Line a mini muffin tin with parchment liners, preventing sticking for easy removal.
  4. Pour the yogurt mixture into the molds, filling each about three-quarters full. Tap the tin to remove air bubbles.
  5. Place the filled molds in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Check for firmness after 2 hours.
  6. Once firm, carefully pop them out of the molds. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.
