Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by letting your pizza dough rest at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Lightly oil a 6-ounce ramekin and fill it with water before placing it in the center of the baking sheet.
  4. Cut the rested pizza dough into 22-24 one-ounce pieces, flatten them, and roll them into balls.
  5. Mix melted butter, parsley, garlic, and salt in a small bowl.
  6. Arrange the dough balls around the ramekin, brush with garlic butter, and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove the ramekin, fill it with marinara sauce, and return to the oven for a few additional minutes.
