  3. Combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  4. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add whole egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix in dry ingredients and sour cream until smooth.
  6. Spread the batter into the prepared pan, dollop cream cheese filling, and scatter fresh raspberries.
  7. For streusel, mix sugar, flour, and cold butter until crumbly, then sprinkle over raspberries.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 30 minutes.
