  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, crumbled feta, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry to about 1/8-inch thick, then spread half of the filling along one side leaving a margin.
  4. Fold the pastry over the filling, seal the edges, and cut into 1-inch strips, twisting each strip several times.
  5. Place the twisted strips on the baking sheet and brush with egg wash. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
  6. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
