Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, chopped pecans, and brown sugar. Drizzle in the melted butter and mix thoroughly.
  3. Spread the pretzel mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Gently fold in the Cool Whip to the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
  6. Just before serving, gently fold in the sliced strawberries into the creamy mixture.
  7. In a serving bowl, layer the creamy strawberry mixture and top with half of the crunchy pretzel topping.
