- In a medium bowl, whisk together 1-2 teaspoons of matcha powder with 2 ounces of hot water for about 1-2 minutes until fully dissolved.
- In another bowl, combine 1/4 cup of strawberry syrup or pureed strawberries with 1/2 cup of heavy cream and whip until thickened, around 1-3 minutes.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour the strawberry foam on top, then layer the matcha mix over the back of a spoon.
- Garnish with sliced strawberries and serve immediately.
