- Begin by popping 10 cups of popcorn using an air popper or stovetop method. Transfer to a large mixing bowl and sprinkle liberally with salt.
- In a medium saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons of sweet cream salted butter over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add 3 cups of mini marshmallows to the saucepan and stir for approximately 3-4 minutes until fully melted and smooth.
- Carefully pour about one-third of the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and gently fold to coat. Repeat with remaining mixture in two additions.
- Spread the coated popcorn onto a lined cookie sheet and allow to set at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes.
