  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs use gluten-free breadcrumbs for gluten-free options
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese can be omitted for lower-fat version
  • 1 large Egg replace with a flax egg for vegan alternative
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced; or use garlic powder if fresh isn't available
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley or dried parsley as a substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground black pepper freshly ground preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano or Italian seasoning as an alternative
  • spray Olive oil spray or cooking spray to prevent sticking
For Serving
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce for dipping or pairing
  • Toothpicks for serving as appetizers

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for about 3 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, fresh parsley, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Mix until just combined.
  3. Wet your hands slightly and roll the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter, aiming for 16 meatballs.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray and arrange the meatballs in a single layer.
  5. Cook the meatballs at 370°F (188°C) for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Remove the meatballs and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
