- Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for about 3 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, fresh parsley, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Mix until just combined.
- Wet your hands slightly and roll the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter, aiming for 16 meatballs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray and arrange the meatballs in a single layer.
- Cook the meatballs at 370°F (188°C) for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove the meatballs and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
