- In another bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt, stirring until well mixed.
- Carefully fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until combined.
- Crush or crumble the frosted sugar cookies and fold them into the creamy mixture.
- Layer one-third of the ice cream mixture into a 9x5 loaf pan, sprinkle with sugar sprinkles, and repeat twice more.
- Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for 4-5 hours or until firm.
