  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed

  • 2 tablespoons Basic Simple Syrup can substitute with honey or agave

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Moisten the rim of a rocks glass with a slice of lime, then dip it into coarse salt to coat.
  2. In a mason jar or cocktail shaker, combine fresh raspberries and lime juice. Mash until the raspberries release their juices.
  3. Add simple syrup and orange juice to the muddled mixture. Fill halfway with ice and stir lightly to mix.
  4. Secure the lid, shake vigorously for about 20 seconds to chill and blend.
  5. Fill the prepared glass with ice and pour or strain the mixture, being careful of the salt rim. Garnish with a lime wheel.
