Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 13x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Crush the graham crackers and mix with granulated sugar and melted butter, then press into the baking dish.

- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, eggs, and vanilla until creamy. Pour over warm crust.
- In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, heavy cream, and butter. Stir until thickened, then add pecans and salt.

- Let cool for 30 minutes, then chill for at least 4 hours before slicing.
