  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Nutritional yeast can be a vegan alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil Fresh basil can be used if available.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Optional.
  • 1 tablespoon Nonstick Cooking Spray or Olive Oil Butter can be used as an alternative.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (176°C) and coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. Pour a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of the dish, using about one cup.
  3. Arrange a layer of frozen cheese ravioli over the sauce, ensuring complete coverage.
  4. Spoon additional marinara sauce over the ravioli, using about one to two cups.
  5. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese, along with dried basil and oregano, over the sauce.
  6. Repeat the layers with another set of frozen ravioli, more marinara sauce, and remaining cheese and herbs.
  7. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Optionally, broil for 30 to 90 seconds for extra crisp.
  10. Allow the dish to rest for a few minutes before serving.
