Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes, roughly 1-inch in size, and arrange in a bowl.
  2. In a bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, mayonnaise, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until blended, then add salmon cubes and coat thoroughly. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Place marinated salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes until flaky and golden.
  4. At halfway through, brush with additional teriyaki sauce for flavor and glossy finish, then continue cooking until done.
  5. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for about 5 minutes, then rinse with cold water to preserve color.
  6. In a skillet, heat oil and sauté minced garlic for about 2 minutes, then add green beans and season with coarse salt. Sauté for an additional 4-5 minutes.
