- Spread thawed hash browns evenly across the bottom of the pan.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook pork sausage and diced onion until browned and onion is translucent, about 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the hash browns, then sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on top.
- Add the cooked sausage and onion mixture, then sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
